The Website is operated by the sole proprietorship "Salonikios Efstratios", a company registered in Greece with its registered office at M. Alexandrou 29, Limenas Thassos, PC: 640-04. Our VAT number is 300819302.

a) Menu and Availability: The Website provides food and beverage menus from participating restaurants. All orders are subject to availability, and restaurants reserve the right to change menus, prices, and availability at any time.
b) Order Confirmation: After placing an order through the Website, you will receive an email or a confirmation notification. This confirmation does not constitute a contract between you and the restaurant, and the order is considered final only after the restaurant accepts it.
c) Delivery or Pickup: You can choose between delivery or pickup, depending on the available options. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the restaurant's preparation time and delivery conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery service providers or the restaurants.
d) Payment: Orders placed through the Website are paid via secure payment methods. You agree to pay the total amount owed, including any taxes, fees, or tips, as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed in accordance with the terms of the respective payment service.
5. Prices and Fees
The prices listed on the Website are in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, service fees, or other fees may apply and will be clearly stated during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to change prices, delivery fees, and other charges at any time, but these changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
a) Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled until the restaurant begins preparing the food. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible. Any cancellation request must be submitted through the Website's cancellation system or by contacting customer support.
b) Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to the restaurant's refund policy. If the food is not delivered according to your order or if there is an issue with the quality of the food, you may request a refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
7. User Obligations
a) Use of the Website: You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with others' use of it.
b) Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including delivery address, contact details, and payment information, is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or problems arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under these Terms if the delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, weather phenomena, or disruptions in delivery services.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Athens, Greece.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
